Arvenza.ai is a brand of Massil Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website, www.arvenza.ai, including its documentation.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the Arvenza products themselves: they run inside our customers' own environments, and the information they process is governed by each customer's agreement with us.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, work email, company and your message.
• Partner application: your company, name, work email, phone number (optional), country or region, the partnership track you are interested in, and your message.
• With each form: the address and title of the page you sent it from, and, only if you have accepted analytics cookies, the analytics cookie that links the submission to your earlier visits.
• When you contact us directly: whatever you share by email or phone.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: like most websites, our web server records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use these to run and secure the site.
• Analytics, only with your consent: which pages you visit, when, and how often. See Cookies below.
• Web fonts: our pages load their fonts from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address when the fonts are requested. It does not set cookies.
• Documentation preferences: the documentation remembers choices such as your colour scheme in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

How we use it

• to respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation;
• to assess partner applications and manage partner relationships;
• to understand how the site is used and improve it, if you have accepted analytics cookies;
• to keep the site secure and working;
• to meet our legal obligations.

Our legal basis

Where the law requires a legal basis for using personal information, we rely on:

• your consent, for analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time;
• our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, running a secure website and developing our business, balanced against your rights;
• steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, such as a partner application or a proposal;
• legal obligations that apply to us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• our customer relationship management and marketing platform, which receives and stores form submissions and, with your consent, analytics data;
• our website hosting provider, which runs the web server and its logs;
• the web font service described above.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to it. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

We work from the United Arab Emirates and India, and our customer relationship management platform stores data in North America, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as contractual commitments from our providers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and partner information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any relationship that follows, and then delete or anonymise it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security. Analytics cookies expire as listed below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or complete it;
• ask us to delete it;
• object to or restrict how we use it;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.

To make a request, email info@massiltech.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the time the law allows. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. Analytics cookies are off unless you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

Change cookie settings

When you submit a form, our customer relationship management provider may also set a short-lived security cookie on its own domain to protect against automated abuse. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking analytics cookies does not stop the forms from working.

Children

This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We protect information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted connections and access controls at our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the site.
